Grind hot and sweet pepper 1: 1 in a meat grinder – more / less adjust the sharpness to taste. For good color it is better to choose red pods. Seeds of hot pepper can not be removed.
Cook at low boil until smooth, stirring. Pour into jars, close, turn the lids down, wrap until cool.

COMPOSITION:

Per 1 kg of ground pepper:
100 g of garlic;
150 g of greens (cilantro, parsley);
1 tsp. ground coriander;
1 tsp. ground fenugreek;
30 ml of 9% vinegar;
30 ml of vegetable oil;
sugar and salt to taste
