Spicy salad with cucumbers. We cook in the same way as cucumbers according to the basic recipe, but the cucumbers here are larger and cut. Also add sliced zucchini or squash, carrots and chili peppers – green and red pods. After pouring the marinade (second filling) in each jar add a tablespoon of sunflower oil.
COMPOSITION:
Water – 1 liter; Sugar – 100 g (4 tablespoons); Salt – 60 g (2 tablespoons); Vinegar 9% – 120 g; Bay leaf; Fennel seeds; Garlic cloves; A mixture of peppers; Mustard grains
